You can permanently remove your Kusum cloud account and its linked data here. We verify the same phone number used to sign in so nobody else can delete your account.
This cannot be undone. Kusum will delete its cloud copies of your account, synced contacts, uploads, call intelligence, and any remaining cloud audio.
Your original recordings in the selected folder on your phone and messages already delivered to WhatsApp are not changed.
The request enters Kusum's automatic deletion queue immediately. The service keeps retrying temporary failures and aims to complete deletion within seven days; no manual action from you or the operator is required.
Kusum cannot delete recordings that remain in your phone folder or summaries already in your WhatsApp history. Use your phone and WhatsApp controls—including disappearing messages where appropriate—to remove those copies.
